Overview: This camp illustrates why culture is more than a buzzword – it’s the engine that drives performance. You’ll learn what truly creates and drives a sustainable Performance Culture, and gain practical tools to build one that’s distinctly tailored to your teams and organisation.

Challenge: ‘Expedition BS1’

The destination is fixed – how you get there is entirely up to you. You’ll start by forming teams and agreeing the values and operating principles that will guide you on your journey.

From there, you’ll embark on a GPS-driven quest, facing challenges and crossroads where those principles will be put to the test. The adventure culminates in a water-based finale as you work together to reach the last checkpoint and raise your flag.

As always, this light-hearted challenge ends with a debrief, where we review the quest, reflect on how your values guided your decisions, and connect those insights to your real-world experiences.
